Scooter holds one of the most important positions in the entire company.  Without him I don't see how any one would ever be able to find a thing.  He knows exactly where everything is at all times.  How do I know this??? Did Scooter brag about his abilities?  No, no... I just observe the day to day activities and then make my judgement calls.  

I will just give you a little bit of background and I am sure that you will agree with my assessment.

The name "Scooter" is heard at least 30 times a day - every day!!! Whenever Scooter makes a personal appearance in the office there is an immediate mob formed around him... all of them calling his name!!! Whenever he is not in the office and anyone has a question the usual response heard is "Ask Scooter" So, you can now see how much everyone else depends upon him.  That must make...
